2024 VFA Alumni Awards Submission Form
We are excited to launch our second annual national VFA Alumni Awards! The purpose of these awards is to recognize and celebrate outstanding Alumni in the VFA Community who live out our Credos and have distinguished success in one of these categories: Career, Community, and Contribution. Nominate exceptional and notable Alumni by May 31st using this form!
All award recipients will be recognized at this year's Alumni Reunion: Oct 4 - Oct 6 in St. Lous. The winners will be notified by July 1st and receive a free ticket to this year's Alumni Reunion as well as a special recognition at Reunion. There will be six winners total, two from each category.
Career: This category recognizes VFA Alumni who live out VFA Credos, while achieving a high level of success whether it be as a Founder, or as a Leader.
Contributions: This category recognizes VFA Alumni who live out VFA Credos and have made a significant and impactful contribution to further VFA’s mission, whether it be through sharing their time, talent, and/or resources.
Community: This category recognizes VFA Alumni who live out VFA Credos as community champions and are actively growing and supporting their ecosystems.
If you would like to nominate more than one Alum, you will need to submit the form again. You are allowed to nominate the same person for multiple categories, but please keep in mind we will only be selecting one category award per person.
